Do you offer engraving?

We don’t at this time. We may in the future.

What is Ring Mesh?

Ring Mesh also know as Chain Maille is metal links formed from rings of stainless steel interlocked together to create patterns of flexible metal. The Ring Mesh can then be plated or enameled with different colors as needed and polished to a brilliant finish.
Ring Mesh has been around since the 1800s hundreds and used for jewelry since the 1920s or earlier.

About Pewter castings

You say that some of the pewter pieces were cast from original shells and specimens on Cape Cod. I am concerned that you might destroy a living specimen to this, Do You?
NO! We are very respectful of our resources and wildlife. Please be assured that any of our jewelry pieces that were cast in pewter were not live specimens when found or at any time in the process.

Care of Jewelry

Jewelry should be stored in a jewelry box where it can be separated from other jewelry so it is not bumped, scratched or broken.
Always remove jewelry while you engage in activities that may cause breakage or loss of jewelry such as sporting activities, gardening, swimming in pools and construction projects are just a few.

 Shipping and Ordering Questions


International Shipping

Currently we do NOT ship to addresses outside of the  United States. We hope to do so in the future.

What shipping methods do you use?

Presently we ship exclusively using the US Post Office but will use other shippers if there’s a reason to do so, at our discretion.

How long will it take for my item to ship?

Shipping times vary slightly for many reasons. The shipping process starts as soon as we receive notice item is paid. Tracking numbers will be supplied where available.

Can I get expedited shipping?

If you don’t see that option for your item during checkout, Contact Us with your details and we’ll be glad to help.

What is the status of my order?

Can I view previous orders? Login to your “My Account” and retrieve your “Order History” as well as your billing and shipping information.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete?

Contact Us and we will advise you on how to return or rectify the specific issue.

On the Checkout page is an “Additional Information” box for your notes.
If you wish to email us, please note in the box that you’re sending it and we’ll be on the lookout for it.

Why do I need to provide my email…

…and phone number when I order jewelry?
We guarantee that all information we receive will be kept private. We communicate with you primarily by email and phone only if absolutely necessary. We need to contact you in regard to the status of your order and any other matters that may arise.

Has my order been shipped?

We will notify you as soon as possible after your order has been shipped and provide you a tracking number if one is available.

What are my shipping options?

We will ship your order by the United Postal Services First Class for free.
Other options are available.

How do I track my order?

Track your order by logging into “MY Account” page.
Check your email shipment confirmation from us for the link and number to track your package.
Always check your spam folder if you do not receive your email shipment confirmation.

Can I change or add to my order?

Check your “MY Account” page for all your options. Please contact Customer Care with your order number.

I have not received my order.

Check in to “MY Account” page for any info and also check for any emails you may have missed or landed in your Spam folder.

I did not receive an email confirmation.

If you did not receive an email once your order was completed, please check your spam folder in case your spam settings are too strict for automatic responses and add us to your contacts list. If your order email is not there, please notify us at

Local pickup

I am local to Cape Cod. Can I pick up and pay in person?
We’re strictly an Online Store and have no other means or facilities to process and deliver your order.
We’re looking into it as a future option.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange (minus any shipping & handling if applicable). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise inspection. Please see our Warranty for more options and complete info.

Where do I return my package?

Hopefully we have met all your expectations for the jewelry and you won’t need to, however our mailing address is

For better security do not use the word “jewelry” in the outside of the package or envelope and be sure to write the RMA number on it..
You will be receiving your order from us also from that address.

I forgot my password

Please click on “Lost Password” under “MY Account” and follow directions to create a new one. <br />We do not store or have access to your password, it is encrypted within the database by the system. <br />Should you have difficulty creating a new one, Contact Us and we’ll help you with the process.

About Credit Card Processing.

All credit card processing will be performed by PayPal. Any Refunds will be issued to the card or payment method you used. Please see our Shipping and Returns Policy for more info.

Can you check my Credit card?

We don’t have any way of doing so and neither do we have access to any of your payment information. You will need to contact your card company.

What are your different payment methods?

Cape Cod Jewelry offers payment methods using PayPal as our clearing house for Credit Cards and Debit Cards as well as Pay via PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and others. Those are the only payment methods we’re able to process at this time.

Do you offer Discounts or Coupons

Certain discounts may be available when shopping at cape Cod Jewelry. If you have a promotion code or coupon code, you may enter it when checking out to receive the discount. Discounts may never be combined with other discounts. However Gift Cards and Store Credit coupons can be used with promotional coupons.
