Cape Cod Jewelry wants you to have a positive experience shopping with us and have confidence in our products. This warranty and other documents are in place for our mutual benefit and protection and as required by laws, Federal and State of Massachusetts.
If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied in any way with an item you purchased from us, (exclusive of custom orders) please return it within 15 days from the date of shipping, no questions asked. We’ll refund your full purchase amount to your method of payment or Store Credit if you choose it, shortly after receiving the item by return mail. Item must be in its original, unworn condition.
Should a product return become necessary for any reason Contact Us for an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) so we may be able to track and process your order efficiently.
Please have the RMA written on the outside of the package.
Within 30 days of the purchase date, you may return the item if you find any defects in the item and we will replace or repair at our discretion and mail back to you free of charge.
This warranty is in effect for a period of 30 days from the date of shipping.
You are responsible for any shipping and insurance or other charges in returning the item to us.
After 30 days, Contact Us with any questions you have about your product. Each inquiry will be handled on a per case basis. We’ll do our best to help you enjoy your purchase fully and we’ll honor any request solely at our discretion after the 30 day period.
There will not be any cash or other refunds of any kind after the 30 day period. At the sole discretion of Cape Cod Jewelry we’ll accept the return towards an exchange of the same item or similar item of same or lesser value or issue a Store Credit towards a future purchase.

Our products are designed and crafted to the highest standards for your enjoyment.
Proper care and maintenance, including routine cleaning, is the sole responsibility of the owner and is required to keep this warranty in effect. Cape Cod Jewelry warrants to the original purchaser that our Jewelry and all parts and components are free of defects in material and workmanship. If a defect is found in material or workmanship in any part or component, Cape Cod Jewelry will, at Cape Cod Jewelry’s option, repair or replace the product at no charge for a 30 day period as stated above. “Defects” as used in this warranty, are defined as any imperfection in material or workmanship that will materially impair the use of the product.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects of the product. Normal wear and tear is defined as “the normal deterioration that is received by regular use of any piece of Jewelry or item.”
The warranty does not cover damage, loss, or other conditions beyond Cape Cod Jewelry’s control such as damage resulting from unauthorized repair, negligence, misuse or abuse, product modification, engraving, intentional damage, accident, unreasonable use, abuse or negligence.
The warranty also does not cover damage, loss or other conditions resulting from Acts of Nature such as, but not limited to, freezing or high winds, tornadoes, hurricanes, cyclones, typhoons, monsoons, floods and any other events that are based on natural causes, wear and tear and loss.
This warranty takes effect from the day of shipping and will not be renewed or extended as a result of a product being repaired or replaced pursuant to a claim. To the extent allowed by law, this warranty is offered for the benefit of the product purchaser only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required.
In no event will Cape Cod Jewelry be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any of our products. Our liability is limited to the replacement or purchase price of the product.
This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of components having defects. If the product is defective within the terms of the warranty, it will be the decision of Cape Cod Jewelry as to which method of resolution is used to repair the defective component. This includes replacement of any item that can be replaced or the complete item.
Any other warranties, express written or implied, are limited to the same 30 day period under this warranty.
The terms of this warranty may change without notice, but will never be modified in such a way that eliminates customer protection for defects or the length of the warranty.
All defective products returned to Cape Cod Jewelry will be replaced and shipped prepaid to Buyer or replaced subject to our warranty. Any Products received by Buyer and held more than 30 days are returnable at the sole discretion of Cape Cod Jewelry. Buyer agrees to pay a 15% restocking and other fees if in force at the time of returns for all returned products which are not defective in the reasonable judgement of Cape Cod Jewelry. Buyer agrees to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning any item.
All Products shall be sent in accordance with Cape Cod Jewelry’s then current shipping policies.
Buyer agrees to pay for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs not covered under our warranty.

Free shipping on the original purchase is not part of the value of the product and not negotiable in any way under this warranty.
